This means:

✨You can monitor your fertile window even when you’re on the go or far from your usual healthcare provider.

✨You can confirm ovulation with real hormone data, helping you plan smarter around deployments and moves.

This question came in earlier this week and hit us This question came in earlier this week and hit us both right in our feels because we've personally been there😭😭

It can be extremely volatile in the world of military friendships (a reality we loathe) and if the lessons we've learned over the last several years of milso life can prevent anyone else from having that experience we are here to help!!!

Starting with what to look for and avoid...our biggest red flags in a military friendship are:

1. Thriving on gossip - we all know the saying, if they're talking to you about someone else...they're probably talking to someone else about you + at this point in life, we've got better ways to spend our precious time!

2. Competitive about military life - the "just you wait" mentality or pressure to prove how hard military life is, no thanks.

3. Zero respect for boundaries - there's a big difference in challenging you to get out of your comfort zone and disrespecting you by ignoring social and emotional boundaries.

4. Only show up when drama is involved - if they're in it for the chaos but not there celebrating alongside you when things aren't chaotic, they're not your person.

5. You're drained being around them - if you get home and are overwhelmed with anxiety after being with them (maybe because you're constantly feeling judged or judging others) that's a good nudge to cut ties.

Going to talk through these red flags (and how to steer clear of these people with grace) in more detail on next month's podcast episode, be sure to subscribe to our Patreon at the link in our bio 😘
